At RS Paddles, we stand behind the quality of our products. Whether your order is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or you are simply unsatisfied with the quality of our products, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Damage, Defect or Unsatisfactory Quality: You may request an exchange if the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or the quality of product is unsatisfactory. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under our exchange policy.
  • Timely Request: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date. We recommend that you inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt to identify any issues.
  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should not show any signs of wear or use.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories or documents that were included with the product at the time of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your product meets the eligibility criteria for an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to contact@royalspinpaddles.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs that show the damage or defect.
  • Wait for Confirmation: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions within 1 business day.
  • Return Authorization: If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Send the Product Back: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return or exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement or issue refund within 1-2 business days of such approval.
